Refund Policy

Purpose
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made from Neuzenix LLC (“Neuzenix”, “we”, “us”). We aim to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our services.Scope
This policy applies to all payments made to Neuzenix for:
• SaaS/subscriptions and AI tools
• Professional services (AI solutions, ERP/Odoo, web/app development, marketing)
• Digital products and templates
• Training/consulting sessionsGeneral principles
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval. Your card issuer or bank may take longer.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, advertising spend, software licenses, SMS/voice credits, app store fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Currency conversion or transfer fees charged by your bank/payment provider are not controlled by Neuzenix and are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks without first contacting Neuzenix may delay or void eligibility for a refund.SaaS and subscriptions (recurring)
• First-time purchases: refundable within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not meaningfully used the service (no production deployments or over 200 events/contacts, whichever occurs first).
• Renewals: non-refundable once a billing period has started. To avoid future charges, cancel before the next renewal date in your account or by emailing us.
• Paid trials or usage-metered plans are non-refundable for the period already used.
• If we materially fail to provide the service and cannot remedy within a reasonable time after notice, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.Professional services (projects, retainers)
• Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable. They reserve team time and kickoff resources.
• After work begins (discovery, research, drafts, designs, code, setups, ads, or configurations), payments already made are non-refundable.
• We provide revisions/corrections per the agreed scope. If scope changes are requested, we will quote separately.
• If Neuzenix is unable to deliver due to our fault and no material work product has been provided, we may offer a partial or full refund of unearned fees.Digital products/downloads
• All sales are final once access or files are delivered (themes, templates, documents, code snippets, assets).
• If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days; we will replace the file or provide reasonable assistance.Training, workshops, and consulting
• Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed or late-cancelled sessions are chargeable and non-refundable.
• Multi-session packages are non-refundable after the first session is delivered.Third-party platforms and pass-through costs
• Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., Stripe/processor fees, domain/SSL, cloud hosting, ads, SMS/voice credits) are non-refundable.
• If a third party issues a credit to Neuzenix, we will pass through any applicable credit to you.Billing disputes
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@neuzenix.com within 7 days of the charge with your invoice/receipt and details. We will investigate promptly.How to request a refund or cancel
Email billing@neuzenix.com from your purchase email and include:
• Full name and company
• Invoice number or transaction ID
• Product/service purchased and date
• Reason for the request and any supporting detailsExceptions
We may make exceptions required by applicable law or for documented service failures solely at Neuzenix’s discretion.Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
